How to watch color correction
A course of correction consists of sessions.
The duration of a session is usually 20 to 30 minutes.
The session is "taken" 2-3 times a day. It is necessary to choose a convenient time, during which no one will disturb you.
The screen should not be located in front of a light source (window, lamp), which creates glare and complicates the perception of the transmitted image.
Make yourself comfortable in front of the screen. The distance to the screen should not exceed 2 meters. Your posture and body position are not important.
Start the correction session.
A pulsating color will appear on the screen - this is the transmitted information.
You need to look at the screen - that is the essence of the correction.
When the time of the session expires, the process of transmitting information will automatically stop. The correction session is over.
Notes:
It is desirable to take the whole course without a break of more than 3 days and with at least 5 sessions before the break;
During the sessions it is possible to include background tranquil music, meditative and suggestive audio courses of similar themes;
Sipping, light movements and drinking water during the session are allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to watch color correction courses created for other people!
